One man

04 Jan

History is full of stories of men, who by themselves (and God with them, of course), were able to lead revolutions that changed the course of entire cities, or even countries.  We see people like John Wesley, Martin Luther King, Jr., William Seymour (Azusa Street Revival), and many more who influenced many lives.

In a city like Los Angeles, is it possible for the entire city to be changed?  YES!  And, I believe it doesn’t just have to be one person that starts it.  I am excited for what this year will bring.  We have a team of people working together in this youth ministry called Revolución Juvenil that are ready to see the city revolutionized.

I believe this year we are going to see some amazing things happen.  We are going to enter into the dark areas and bring the light, we will see the unsaved come to know Jesus, and this city will never be the same.  Are you ready for a revolution?

14“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.  Matthew 5:14-16
